Anger - Toddler Tantrums Often Stir Up Angry Feelings In Parents

One of the biggest problems in dealing with toddler tantrums, the bad feelings that are often aroused in us as parents.

Learning how to manage and express anger without being destructive or harmful to an important lesson for every person, child or adult is.

We must remember that is how to deal with our own anger is usually something to learn, what we do in our own childhood. If we have learned that to be angry or had to show our anger to be too bad, then we willhave strong feelings of guilt and shame about our own expressions of anger.
