Harry's Easy Salsa at Home

3 Roma tomatoes, chopped

1 medium onion, chopped

Just a little coriander - If you like cilantro a lot, then further

Prizefresh basil

2 garlic cloves

Juice of one whole lime

1 tomatillos, chopped

1 jalapeno pepper with seeds - If you do not like hot, then leave the seeds on

Salt and pepper as you like ;-)

Mix all ingredients in a food processor and process until finely chopped. Makes about 2 cups of delicious fresh salsa.
